Zechariah 4:6
In 2004 Pastor Joseph Macharia began a bible study in his house. The idea grew and became strong as many joined the group. The numbers continued to increase with the Lord confirming His will on the group and blessing the brethren. The group continued meeting together for about 5 months when the Lord started to impress on pastor Macharia's heart the need to reach out to the lost in the Phoenix area. After earnest prayers to determine God's leading and plan, the vision became clear. The Lord confirmed that that was His will.
On September 19th, 2004 The Oasis Of Life Church, Phoenix, AZ was officially started. The Lord continued to confirm that He had a purpose for us in the Phoenix area by opening the doors for the ministry.
The Oasis Of Life Church is a multicultural body of believers who believe in the fullness of the gospel. We practice the free worship and preach sound word.
The Oasis Of Life Church is a non -profit organization which exists expressly to give continuing emphasis to the person for being in the New Testament apostolic pattern by teaching and encouraging believers to be baptised in the Holy Spirit. This experience:

(B) Add a necessary dimension to worship relationship with God
(C) Enables them to respond to the full working of the Holy Spirit in expression of the and the gifts and the ministries as the new Testament times for the edifying the church (Gal, 5:22-26; 1st Cor .14:12;Eph 4:11,12; 1ST Cor .12:28 ;Col.1:29
Recently we've become affiliated with GMCI with brother Gordon H. Douglas in leadership. He's been a great support to us. We are believing and praying that the Lord will bless us and our ministry even more so that we could accomplish greater things for His glory!

The purpose of the United Christian Global Ministries (UCGM) in obedience to the great commission through the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1-8) shall be to proclaim the great news of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ by calling believers to scriptural Holiness as a doctrine to believe.
We are excited about the challenges that lie before us while we proclaim to every tongue, tribe and nation the timeless message of salvation. The command of our Lord Jesus Christ is to take the gospel to the world. This is the very heart of every phase of our work.
Ministries include the planting of churches, evangelism, discipleship, education, medical care, community, agriculture and other productive activities all around the world. (America, Europe, Africa, South America, Asia, Australia & New Zealand).

This assembly accepts the Holy Scriptures as the revealed will of God, the all- sufficient of faith and practice: and for the purpose of maintaining general unity, adopts the statement of fundamental truth of the UNITED CHRISTIANS GLOBAL MINISTRIES:
1. THE SCRIPTURES INSPIRED
The scripture, both the Old and the New Testaments, are verbally inspired of God and are the revelation of God to man, The infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct. 2nd Tim 3: 15-17 1st Thess 2:13; 2nd Peter 1:21).
2. THE ONE TRUE GOD
The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent “I AM” the creator of heaven and earth and the redeemer of mankind. He has further revealed Himself as the embodying principles of relationship and association as Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost. Deut. 6:4; Isa. 43: 10, Matt. 28:19; Luke 3:22)
3. THE DEITY OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
The Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. The scriptures declare:
His virgin birth (Matt. 1:23; Luke 1:31, 35)
His sinless life (Heb .7:26; 1st Peter 2:22)
His miracles (Acts. 2 :22; 10:38)
His substitutionary work on the cross (1st cor.15:3 ; 2nd Cor .5:21)
His bodily resurrection from the dead (Matt. 28:6; Luke. 24:39; 1st Cor . 15:4)
His exaltation to the right hand of God ( Acts 1:9, 11;2:33;Phil. 2:9-11;Heb.1-3)
4. THE FALL OF MAN
Man was created upright; for God said: “ Let us make man in our image .after in our own likeness ; However , man by voluntary transgression fell and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death, which is the separation from God (Gen 1:26; 27; 2:17;3:6; Rom 5:12-19)
THE SALVATION OF MAN: Man’s only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God ! “A CONDITION TO SALVATION”: Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ .By the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, being justified by Grace through faith, Man became the heir of God according to the hope of eternal life (Luke 25:47;John 3:3; Rom. 10:13- 15 Eph. 2:8;Titus 2:11,3:5-7).
THE EVIDENCE OF SALVATION:The inward evidence of salvation is the direct witness of the Spirit Rom .8:16).The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and pure holiness Eph.4:24; Titus 2:12)
5. THE ORDINANCES OF THE CHURCH
BAPTISM IN WATER: The ordinance of the baptism by immersion is commended in the Scriptures .All who repent and believe on Christ as savoir and Lord are to be Baptist. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and that they also have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life . Matt.28:19; Mark16:16;Acts. 10:47 Rom.6:4;
HOLY COMMUNION : Lord’s Supper, Consisting of the elements – bread and fruit of the vine –is the symbol expensing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ 2nd Peter 1:4 a memorial of His suffering and death (1st cor .11:26). And a prophecy of His second coming (1st cor 11: 26 ; and is enjoined on all believers ; till He comes!!;
6. BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST
All believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek the promise of the Father , the baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire , according to command of our Lord Jesus Christ .This was the normal experience of all the early Christians church .With it comes the endurement of power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the work ministry Luke 24:49;Acts. 14:18:1st Cor.12:1-31). This experience is distinct from and subsequent to experience of the new birth Acts.8:12 –17; 10:44-46 11-14- 16 15:7-9) With the baptism in the Holy Ghost come such experienced as an overflowing fullness of the spirit (John 7:37-49;Acts. 4:8), a deepened reverence for God Act 2:43;Heb. 12;38) .an intensified consecration to God and dedication to his work Acts 2:42:) and more active love for Christ ,for His Word and for the lost (Mark 16 20
7. SANCTIFICATION
Sanctification is an act of the separation from that which was evil , and of dedication unto God Rom. 12 1, 2; Thes 5:23; Heb 13:12 )The scriptures teach a life of holiness without no man shall see the Lord Heb. 12:14By the power of the holy spirit we are able to obey the command ; Be ye holy , for I am holy “(Peter 1:14 16) Sanctification is realized in the believer by recognizing his identification with Christ in His death and resurrection , and by faith reckoning daily upon the fact of the union ,and by offering every faculty continually to the dominion of the holy spirit Rom. 6:1-14;17;6:1 ,2:13;
Gal,2:20; Phil, 2:12; 13; 1st Peter 1:15.
8. THE CHURCH AND HER MISSION
The church is the body of Christ ,the habitation of God through the spirit ,with divine appointments for the fulfillment of her great commission .Each believer ,Born of the spirit is an integral part of the church of God ,which are written in heaven Eph. 1:22:23Heb. 12:23 ) Since God purpose concerning man is to seek and save that which was lost to be worshiped by man ,and to build a body of believers in image of His Son .the reason for the “UNITED CHRISTIANS GLOBAL MINISTRIES “IS:
a) To be an agency of God for evangelizing the world Act 1:18; Matt.28:19)
b) To be a corporate body in which man may worship God(1st Cor 12:13)
c) To be a channel of God’s purpose to build a body of saints being prepared in the image of His Son Eph. 4:11-16;1ST Cor 12:18; 14:12)
